& Terms
The Client must submit the approved working hours of all assigned employees workers to the Agency by the 3rd of each month. This data is essential for accurate payroll calculation. Any delays may result in a postponement of salary payments.
The Client is obligated to settle invoices for the previous month’s services no later than the 13th of each month. The Agency will process and pay workers’ salaries and allowances by the 15th, provided that the Client’s payment is received on time.
The Client shall provide each assigned worker with:
- Adequate accommodation, including utilities
- Daily transportation between their place of residence and the worksite
- The Agency will include a meal allowance in the workers’ salary, unless otherwise agreed
The Client is responsible for:
- Providing job-specific training and instruction
- Educating workers on health and safety risks related to the role
- Ensuring compliance with applicable occupational safety laws
- Providing work clothing and equipment as required
- Introducing workers to the Client’s internal policies and procedures, in the same way as for directly employed staff
Annual Leave, Sick Leave & Public Holidays
- If the assignment exceeds six months, the Client shall bear the cost of the worker’s accrued annual leave
- The Client is responsible for medically justified sick leave costs
- Non-working public holidays are also at the Client’s expense
If, within the first 90 days from the start of employment, a worker leaves the position for reasons attributable to the worker (e.g. resignation, lack of skills, or dissatisfaction during probation), the Agency will provide a suitable replacement worker at no additional cost, within the shortest possible timeframe.
